Healthy Dose of Gratitude ("we," "our," or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application ("the App") and related services.

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
We may collect the following categories of information when you use the App:
Account details (such as name, email address, and authentication credentials)
Gratitude reminder batch tracking (which batches you've received to prevent duplicates)
Device and technical data (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
Usage information (how you interact with the App, reminder completion, and feature usage)
Country-level location information (to suggest your timezone for properly timed notifications)
Preferences regarding push notifications, reminders, offers, and promotional content
Email address if you opt in to receive email communications
Timezone (stored locally on your device)
We use your information to:
Provide and maintain the App, including reminders
Authenticate and sync your account across devices using Supabase
Track which gratitude reminder batches you've received to prevent duplicates and maintain progress
Deliver three daily push notifications for gratitude reminders at 8am, 12pm, and 10pm in your local timezone
Send promotional or discounted offers if you do not complete registration or cancel your subscription
Re-engage inactive users through push notifications or email communications
Improve the App experience through analytics and user behavior insights
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Process subscription purchases and manage billing through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store
Payment Information: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your credit card or payment details; all transactions are handled securely by Apple or Google.
We may share your information in the following ways:
Service Providers: With trusted vendors who support App functionality:
Supabase (authentication and batch tracking)
Adapty (subscription management)
Analytics and crash reporting providers
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
With Your Consent: When you actively choose to share gratitude reminders through social media or other platforms.
You will receive three daily gratitude reminders by default at 8am, 12pm, and 10pm in your local timezone
We may also send additional push notifications, such as special offers or re-engagement prompts
You may opt out of push notifications through your device settings
If you opt in, we may send you emails with updates, features, or promotional offers
Your account information and progress are retained while your account is active
If you uninstall the App or lose your device, your data remains stored and accessible when you log in again
To delete your account: Go to App Settings > Delete My Account. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
If you use the App outside your home country, your data may be transferred to and stored in countries with different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App, and the "last updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Policy.
